Two Piston Pneumatic Actuator

Parts and Identification

 

1） Indicator

Indicator according to VID/VIE3845 is convenient for mounting accessories such as Limited Switch Box, Positioner and so on.

 

2) Pinion

The design of the nickelled-alloy steel integrative swaging pinion is in line with NAMUR, ISO5211 and DIN3337 standards. Special standards are available upon request.

 

3）Actuator Body

With high-quality aluminum alloy extrusion forming, the surface has anodized hardening and epoxy polyester painted. PTFE, nickel plating and other coloring coating available upon request. Delivery and price are to be arranged. 

 

4）Die-casting aluminum, have the surface anodize hardening treated and epoxy polyester, PTFE, nickel plating and other coloring coating available upon request. Delivery and price are to be arranged.

 

5）Pistons

Pistons are made from Die-casting aluminum treated with hard anodized. Symmetric mounting position and fast operation, reversing rotation by inverting the pistons.

 

6) Adjusting Bolt

The two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts can adjust ±5°at both open and close directions easily and precisely.

 

7) Spring

Preloaded installation springs with surface epoxy resin painted, which can be demounted conveniently to satisfy different requirements of torque by changing quantity of springs.

 

8) Piston Ring

Made from by low friction, long-life compound material. The maintenance and replacement are easy and convenient.

 

9) O-rings

Standard NBR rubber O-rings provide trouble-free operation at standard temperature ranges. For high temperature and low temperature, special “O” ring available upon request.

 

10) Air connection

Direct mounted solenoid connections according to NAMUR standards.

 

11) All stop parts are made from stainless steel 304.
